SHIPPING + HANDLING
Frames and small items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. Orders will be processed and shipped within 36 hours of payment. Larger items will be shipped in the most timely & economical way possible. Some furniture will be shipped unassembled to cut down on freight costs.

If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can file a shipping claim.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may mail it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. We are unable to refund your original form of payment.

Please note:
•We cannot issue credit or exchanges for Items postmarked after 30 days.
•Items must be in their original condition, with no damages or wear.
•Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
•All custom items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Applicable Illinois sales tax is added to your order at a rate of 9.75%.

Due to the handmade nature of our products some pieces occasionally become unavailable. Please accept our apologies If an item or style in your order is no longer in stock. In the unlikely event that this occurs we will notify you immediately by email.

Handmade from reclaimed salvaged materials locally sourced from deconstruction sites, these one-of-a-kind frames are comprised of wooden elements. Trim, door frames, moulding, and other structural elements from the Chicago area are given new life in our designs. Please embrace the individuality of your frame's wood and allow for subtle variations in the frames depicted on our website; notches, nicks, and paint splatters all contribute to the unique nature of our Salvage collection.

Salvage frames are available in Standard, Fillet, and Mosaic styles in a wide variety of sizes to fit your needs.

Hand-dyed salvaged wood makes up this colorful collection of handmade frames. Wood collected from deconstruction sites in the Chicagoland area is planed, then finished with earth-based stains, resulting in a vibrant frame that subtly highlights the natural beauty of the reclaimed materials. Knots and nuances in wood grain add to the uniqueness of this collection, so please embrace the individuality of your frame, and allow for minor variations from those depicted on our website.

Renew frames are available in a variety of colors and sizes to fit your needs.

We make custom frames for all types of artwork including, prints, paintings, photography, shadow boxes, mirrors, and more. We have a full service frame shop to take care of all of your custom framing needs, including glass, backing, and matting. We offer full design services and museum quality framing. With over twelve years of custom framing experience, your artwork with receive nothing but the best care and design treatment that any frame shop can offer.

All of our frames are handmade with reclaimed salvage material. We have over ten thousand feet of material to choose from in stock at all times. We also offer custom milled frame molding made from urban-forested wood. Our prices are very competitive with most other frame shops and we take pride in providing excellent service, and quality craftsmanship.
